I am fascinated by why, when faced with high risk, some industries respond with control through rules and regulation and others with developing human tolerance to hold complexity.

I am studying this as a Master of Coaching Psychology candidate at the University of Sydney.

I also partner with senior executive leaders to develop their capacity to hold risk using:

  • Systemic intelligence: I coach leaders to be a sophisticated sensor of grassroots organisational and meta-systemic signals

  • Nudges: I co-design small experiments for incremental change

  • Vertical capacity building: I help leaders tolerate uncertainty with less anxiety, and to see and hold tension as a source of innovation.

I am available for select associate engagements.
