TEAM WORKSHOPS
Team coaching sessions to share and test understand of how the workplace system operates, workshop activities centred around demonstrating trust, support and risk tolerance. In these sessions, we will support the team to develop small experiments based on a shared understand of system aspects to shift.
A short summary linking systems insights with experiments and follow up plan over 12 weeks will be shared after the initial workshop.
