Who is coaching psychology for?

My approach may be best for people who are going through transitions, who may have tried traditional support but are still looking for clarity, direction and are curious about practical tools for change.

Session structure and cost

Session structure

An initial commitment to 6 sessions over 12 weeks (1 session every 2 weeks) is recommended.

This format will help you build a habit of reflection so it becomes more easeful and get into a rhythm of experimenting with change.

Following this you are welcome to book sessions in as you like.

Session costs

Sessions start at AUD$100/ 60 minutes.

Longer sessions (up to 90 minutes)are also available.

Fees are below industry standards while I pursue ACC accreditation through the ICF.
