MINOLIE GOVENDER

Principal Advisor and Founder

My experience spans a decade in public policy and community organising.

My policy work began in Canberra at the Health Department and includes Central Agency and State Government experience - advising senior government leaders on system reform in these roles and as a management consultant.

Having learnt how some work can give you a feeling of accomplishment but avoids the real problem - my work now sits where change possible, but requires getting uncomfortable. This is genuine reform and is exactly what motivates me.

My work is informed by my research in leadership development, systemic change and team dynamics at the University of Sydney. My academic background is in applied science (B.App.Sci USyd) and public health (MIPH USyd).
