MINOLIE GOVENDER

Principal Advisor and Founder

My experience spans a decade in policy and frontline care across the Australian health system.

Having learnt that busy work gives you a feeling of accomplishment but avoids the real problem - my work now sits where change possible, but requires getting uncomfortable. This is genuine reform and is exactly what motivates me.

This includes hospitals and outpatient clinics, private allied health, general practice and Medicare, the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme, Aged Care and Population Health.

My health policy experience began in Canberra at the Health Departments and includes Central Agency and State Government experience - advising senior government leaders in these roles and as a management consultant.

Outside of advisory work, I am fascinated by how people respond to risk and am researching this at the University of Sydney.
