This is a free 20 minute chat online or via phone. It’s obligation free meaning you can take as much time as you like after the chat to make any decisions.
Session structure
An initial commitment to 6 sessions over 12 weeks (1 session every 2 weeks) is recommended. This format will help you build a habit of reflection so it becomes more easeful and get into a rhythm of experimenting with change. Following this you are welcome to book sessions in as you like.
